Career Counseling

Working is a universal experience. It affects how we see and feel about ourselves and has important implications in our social connection. Career problems and decisions usually carry strong emotional tone which can cause distress, insomnia or other psychosocial issues (Rasen, 2014). Through a jointly discovering process, I work with my clients to resolve their career issues for the following targets:

1. Help them understand their interests, core values (personal and family), personality and skills;
2. Assist them in creating a consistent sense of personal identity and meaning of life, and;
3. Identify inner resources and/or conflicts which may facilitate or impede them moving on with their career choices.
