Working is a universal experience. It affects how we see and feel about ourselves and has important implications in our social connection. Career problems and decisions usually carry strong emotional tone which can cause distress, insomnia or other psychosocial issues (Rasen, 2014). Through a jointly discovering process, I work with my clients to resolve their career issues for the following targets:
1. Help them understand their interests, core values (personal and family), personality and skills;
2. Assist them in creating a consistent sense of personal identity and meaning of life, and;
3. Identify inner resources and/or conflicts which may facilitate or impede them moving on with their career choices.
In choosing a career, you determine who you are and the value you see in yourself. The issues in your career may be part of the process which will lead to a new understanding of your aspirations, who you are and who you want to be. If you are interested in taking this opportunity to develop understanding in yourself and overcome difficult choices in your career, I am passionate to accompany you to work on your career exploration, career change, personal career development and other career related issues.
